The Sleep Disturbance Short Form 8b (SD-SF) and the Sleep-Related Impairment Short Form 8a (SRI-SF) are two scales used to measure sleep disturbance and sleep-related impairment. These scales are designed to provide a quick and efficient way to assess sleep disturbance and impairment, which are common issues in many clinical populations, including RMDs. |
