The PROKAT was developed and hosted online, using Google Forms. Google Forms is a free software program that allows for the development of survey instruments similar to Survey Monkey, which can be accessed from any electronic device. Because the PROKAT is hosted online, patients can complete the PROM before coming into the clinical setting, allowing time for the clinician to review the patient’s information and enhance communication between the patient and clinician |
