The fatigue NRS is a patient-administered, single-item, 11-point horizontal scale anchored at 0 and 10, with 0 representing ‘no fatigue’ and 10 representing ‘as bad as you can imagine’. Patients are asked to ‘please rate your fatigue (weariness, tiredness) by selecting the number that describes your worst level of fatigue during the past 24 hours’ Fatigue severity units included: none, 0; mild, 1–3; moderate, 4–6; severe, 7–10, giving it ordinal properties of measurement |
