To determine test-retest reliability, Wright et al administered the JASI to 30 children with JRA between 8 and 19 years of age at baseline, 3 weeks, and 3 months Reliability of the JASI Part I was excellent at 3 weeks (ICC = 0.98) and 3 months (ICC = 0.99). Reliability was lower for respondents with mild disease than those with polyarticular JIA. Test-retest reliability for the JASI Part II was fair (κ = 0.57). |
