Also known as the Vernon‐Mior Disability Index or the Neck Pain Disability Index, the NDI measures pain and disability in patients with neck pain. The NDI covers the domains of pain intensity, personal care, lifting, work, headache, concentration, sleeping, driving, reading, and recreation. |
