| Brief Description |
The SURE scale is a four-item short form of the Decision Conflict Scale (DCS). It is a screening test for decisional conflict and not a direct measure of decisional conflict. It describes the patients’ uncertainty about which treatment to choose and factors contributing to uncertainty about the benefits and risks of the options, what matters most to the patient, support in making a choice, and feeling sure about the best choice. |
