| 1. RELIABILITY | |
| A. Internal Consistency | Tested |
| Cronbach's (Describe) |
Cronbach's a =0.88 |
| B. Reliability intraobserver or test-retest | Tested |
| Continuous scores: intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) Dichotomus: Cohen kappa (Describe) |
A test–retest reliability assessment was conducted. Thirty respondents from the pilot survey were reinterviewed two weeks after the initial interview with the same protocol. Twenty-eight of the 30 respondents had a retest activation estimate within the 95 percent CI of their test activation estimate. |
| C. Reliability interobserver or Measurement error | Not Tested |
| Standard error of measurement (SEM), smallest detectable change (SDC) or Limits of agreement (LoA) (Describe) |
|
| 2. VALIDITY | |
| A. Content validity: face validity | Tested |
| Expert opinion (relevance and comprehensiveness) (Describe) |
The items in the pool were categorized under the domains they were intended to measure and were reviewed by a subset of the expert panel for face and content validity. |
| B. Construct Validity: Structural validity |

| Hypotheses-testing | Tested |
| Cross-cultural validity | Tested |
| Brief Description |
Confirmatory PCA GFI =32 (11.9%); Rasch analysis: person reliability was between 0.87 (real) and 0.89 (model), and the item reliability was 0.99. 57.5% variance of data explained |
| C. Criterion validity | Not Tested |
