| Brief Description |
SUPER-KIDZ is a multi-dimensional online measure hosted on a secure website that includes pictures and questions. It was developed by a group of pediatric rheumatologists and other allied health professionals using consensus methodology to determine the final domains and items. There are 3 versions: 1) a self-reported version for patients aged 4 to 7 years (2 items); 2) a proxy version for parents of children aged 4-7 years (17 items); and 3) a self-reported version for patients aged 8 to 18 years (20 items). |
