| Brief Description |
The Assessments of SpondyloArthritis international society Health Index (ASAS HI), published in 2014, is a questionnaire measuring functioning and health in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Consistent with the biopsychosocial model of health, the ASAS HI includes a multidimensional item set assessing the relevant contextual environmental factors. The items measure the concept of ‘functioning, disability and health’ – a concept which is conceptualized in the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). Validation was done in patients with radiographic and non-radiographic axial SpA as well as peripheral SpA, following the COSMIN guidelines. |
